After months of harsh antibiotics as a kid, my health was never the same. I’d get sick every year, often multiple times, and my ability to recover was poor. I struggled with low energy, and my hormones—specifically testosterone—were far from optimal. It felt like my body wasn’t working the way it should.
Everything changed when I learned how much what we eat impacts how we feel. Hearing someone break this down for the first time just clicked for me—it made sense. I started making small changes to the quality of my diet, and for the first time in years, I felt better. I got sick less often and had more energy.
Then I discovered the profound effects of proper exercise to help build and maintain muscle mass.
Building muscle not only boosts metabolism and strengthens bones but also protects against disease, improves immunity, and balances hormones. I learned that specific types of exercise, done in a certain way, can unlock these benefits and more.
This knowledge transformed my life, and now I share it with others. I’ve helped clients eliminate chronic joint pain, repair damaged metabolisms, and feel stronger than ever. Many have been able to eat more food without gaining fat, rebuild bone strength, and finally enjoy life without physical limitations. My goal is simple: to empower people to take control of their health, build strength, feel confident in their bodies, and have VITALITY—for the long term.
